After working for many years at a medical school, it felt like almost every single simulation case with patient over 50 years old had a medical condition of one or more of the following: high blood pressure, heart disease or diabetes.

I began to notice friends and relatives mentioning they had one or more of these issues. After talking with many of them about lifestyle and dietary changes they were making as a result of their diagnosis I discovered an opportunity. There was a lot of information out there but it really wasn’t easy to consume. And the recipes that were specific to the DASH diet weren’t all that easy to consume either. 🙂
